The CYBD8000 current vector high-performance VFD has a compact structure but extraordinary performance. It is specially designed and developed for mechanical loads in engineering applications. The CYBD8000 will lead the one step ahead in industry upgrade, and significantly increase your production rate with its advanced functions. The product conforms to international standards such as IEC/EN61800-3, IEC/EN61000-4, IEC/EN60721-3 and IEC/EN61800-5-1.


Advantages


The elements are selected based on a service life of 10 years. All products under the series have a warranty of 3 years.

DC reactor (37 kW - 500 kW), reducing harmonics of input current (40%) and increasing the power factor (0.96). Without the DC reactor, the harmonics of input current will be 80% - 100% approximately, and the power factor, 0.6.

Integrated with a filter that reduces the interference by harmonics to the radio and transmission of other devices.

Significant energy conserving effect. The energy saving mode provided allows the VFD to check the magnitude of actual load and automatically adjust accordingly the voltage and current applied on the motor to achieve a stunning energy conservation result.

The PCB is protected with a thickened conformal coating that is highly resistant to damp, dust and mould, improving the reliability under severe environment.

Provided with a display panel in Chinese (optional part).

With the advanced flux linkage and speed evaluation technology, the decoupling control of flux and torque current is realized to improve the torque under low frequency, ensuring the 150% starting torque under 0.5 Hz.

The overall structure employs a book-like design.

Reliable hardware structure


1: The integrated DC reactor effectively increases the power factor, significantly mitigates current distortion, reduces the effective value of input current, and improves product reliability.

2: HD LED screen with functions like quick guide to commissioning, parameter upload/download, etc. It may be used as a handheld or mounted onto the cabinet door by the help of the mounting components.

3: Up-to-date IGBT technology, providing VFDs with lower power consumption, better properties and stronger short circuit resistance. 

4: The integrated C3 class filter can effectively suppress EMI, making it applicable for all industrial environments and reducing the interference imposed by the VFDs on other devices on site to a great extent.

5: Elements of high standard and quality and PCB with thickened coating enhance product reliability by a significant level and ensure the operation safety under severe environments.

6: Prolonged service life, low noise, high efficiency and removable design of fans ensure the quiet, stable running of the system, and provide access to cleaning and replacement. 

7: Unique dual-air-duct design allows separate cooling between power modules and control units, fortifying product reliability and supporting parallel installation.

8: Compact design with a size only 50% of that of regular VFDs in the current market. This is especially true for devices with a power greater than 200 kV. Such feature allows an original standard cabinet to accommodate twice produces as much as before, significantly saving the assembly cost.

The CYBD8000 high-performance vector VFD is widely used in papermaking, petroleum, rubber, municipal, lifting machinery, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, mine machinery and bio-pharmaceutical industries.
