Product profile


This product of high performance was the first to employ a 32-bit ARM processor among the industry. It is provided with an automatic setting function, which, when activated, can automatically identify load conditions, analyze configuration of compensation capacitor box, and run calculations for optimum control algorithm to perform compensation control in the best strategy, fulfilling the requirements of most of the working conditions.

It can also carry out compensation control in accordance with manually set parameters.

The user is suggested to read carefully this instruction for proper wiring and installation and safe use of this product.


Security


1) The installation, maintenance and operation of the controller require personnel with relevant expertise and skills.

2) The working voltage of the controller must be controlled within the range indicated in the Wiring Diagram.

3) Do not open the controller housing without authorization, otherwise electric shocks might occur.

4) Before disconnecting the CT linked with the controller, it shall be ensured that its secondary side has been short-circuited.


Technical characteristics


1) Intelligent control of compensation without having to perform parameter setting, as long as the wiring and phase sequence are correct.

2) Physical quantity control: reactive power + power factor target to avoid compensating dead zones and switching oscillation.

3) Automatic identification of phase sequence: the secondary terminals S1 and S2 may be interchanged with each other; and so may the voltage line L2 and L3.

4) Phase sequence switching via buttons: in case of wrong connection of phase sequence, correction may be done by simply operating the buttons on the controller without changing the wiring.

5) Diverse display functions. Electric and harmonic parameters in Chinese characteristics.

6) Sufficient protective functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, excessive voltage harmonics, etc.

7) Super strong resistance to interference. In the EMC test: the disturbance resistance of EFT pulses reached Class A of 4,000 V (the top class of IEC standard).
