Background information

Changzhou XXX Environmental Technology Co. Ltd (the “Company”) has used Series CYDB8000 high-performance current vector inverters of CEAYEA Electrical &Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as the low-voltage frequency inverters in several projects. Before that, the Company used imported products with high cost; moreover, for such imported or foreign products, the follow-up services should be further improved. By virtue of our excellent quality, high cost performance and perfect service, our products have been chosen in several projects as the standard inverter equipped, which further proves the brand perception of CEAYEA in variable frequency drive. 

Changzhou XXX Environmental Technology Co. Ltd, situated in Wujin National Hi-Tech Industrial Zone Changzhou City, is a research and technology-based enterprise specialized in technology research & development for industrial waste gas purification, system design, equipment production, installation, operation and maintenance. 

XXX System Integration (Changzhou) Co., Ltd and Changzhou XXX Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd are subordinated to the Company.

The Company products include all kinds of equipment for industrial waste gas purification, flue gas desulphurization equipment, dust removing equipment, corrosion-resisting & anti-corrosion equipment, various pickling machines, FRP storage equipment and complete set of sewage treatment equipment etc.

Intelligent industrial waste gas purification system researched and developed by the Company has combined various technologies including low-temperature plasma, photochemical purification, foam purification and a number of assistive purification technologies. It can be configured as per different characteristics in various industries and is widely used in tobacco, tyre, rubber, chemical fiber, printing, dyeing, papermaking, leather, fodder, pharmaceutical chemicals, petrochemical, food processing, paint coating and municipal sewage industries etc. For various industrial waste gases and smelly gases of high flow rate, high concentration and complicated composition, our products have the following characteristics, high efficiency, low energy consumption, low operation cost and high safety performance etc. In addition, this system can be connected to the original production line in various industries and through PLC control, it can achieve whole-process dynamic monitoring by industrial control computer as well as stable & reliable operation. 

Characteristics of Series CYDB8000 high-performance current vector inverter: 

Compact structure – compared to domestic and imported brands, our products of same power are smaller and have higher space utilization rate. Independent double duct design – it can enable our inverters be used under 50°C without derating.

Key components and parts of our inverters are all imported and keep consistent with first-class brands in the world, but superior to a vast majority of home-made inverters.

Our inverters adopt the state-of-the-art dual-core CPU control technology, among which one core is mainly used for drive motor control and the other is mainly for functional and display control, with greater flexibility in function and technology application. Tailor-made products can be offered to customers as per their practical demand.

Products have passed various tests including electrical fast transient (EFT), surge, noise, conduction and radiation, with very strong anti-interference capability. 

Warranty period for whole series of such products is three years.

The Project uses CEAYEA Series CYDB8000 high-performance current vector inverters, which assures the operation safety and stability of motor in an efficient manner. Therefore, it not only ensures the smooth completion of the entire project but also help the enterprise to realize automatic control of motor and achieve energy conservation & cost reduction.
